Tonbo は、東京を拠点に活動す るライブアーティスト。
モジュ ラー・シンセサイザーにインド亜 大陸発祥の竹製横笛 Bansuriを取り入れたライブセットは、オーガニックな質感と先鋭的な電子音が交差する独自の世界観を描き出す。伝統的な音の身体性と現代的なサウンドデザインを融合させた演奏は、フェスティバルからクラブまで幅広いシーンで高い評価を受けている。
テクノ、ハウス、ダウンテンポ、アンビエントを自在に横断し、空間や時間帯に応じて構築される柔軟なライブパフォーマンスが特徴。
即興性を重視したセットは観客との一体感を生み、その場限りの物語を立ち上げていく。これまでにヨーロッパおよびアジア各地でツアーを行い、2026年1月にはメキシコ・トゥルムで開催されたDayZero Fesに日本人アーティス トとして初出演。ジャンルや文化の境界を越え、国際的な評価を着実に高めている注目のアーティストである。

Tonbo is a Tokyo-based live artist whose immersive performances blend organic expression with con-temporary electronic sound. His live sets combine modular synthesizers, the bamboo flute Bansuri, and his own voice, forming a distinctive sonic language where tradition meets modern technology.
Moving fluidly across techno, house, downtempo, and ambient, Tonbo’s improvisation-driven performances are shaped by the space, time of day, and atmosphere of each venue. This flexible approach allows his sets to adapt naturally to festivals, clubs, and intimate listening environments, creating site-specific experiences that encourage deep listening and a strong physical connection with the audience.
He has toured across Europe and Asia, and in January 2026 made his debut at Day Zero in Tulum, Mexico, becoming the first Japanese artist to perform at the festival. Tonbo continues to expand his inter-national presence as a versatile and forward-looking live act.
